I woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom then I realized there was water everywhere it was crazy . I looked on Google to find a reputable company and liked there reviews so I called them they showed up within a hour . They were able to help me diagnose the problem. There was dirty contaminated water everywhere . So they put on there white suits and masks and sucked up the dirty water. Very professional and nice. It has been amazing working with a company with so much knowledge and experience. I've learned all about the insurance world and every water mitigation job is a new and different learning situation on how we can help the customer at their property.

Run! They billed for stuff they did not do. Called it miscommunication but never asked what items. Trying to get my insurance company to pay for everything regardless of what they did. I came home to a leaking water heater in my garage and didn't know who to call. Looked up hot water heater and got Arizona Restoration Specialist and they were out within 30 minutes. Dealt with Doug and his son and I cannot tell you how impressed I was with the entire family I dealt with. They were here not only on time every single time but a few minutes earlier, they were fast, clean and efficient! They had all the other vendors for reconstruction and plumbers lined up and ready to go. Being a single woman you don't know who to trust and they certainly made my entire nightmare a success anda pain free leak. I would ONLY go with this company for any leaks you may have!!!
