These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://arizonarestorationspecialists.com (the “Site”), operated by Arizona Restoration Specialists (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Our Services
We provide water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, storm and flood damage restoration, mold inspection and remediation, leak detection, structural drying, and related property restoration services in Phoenix, Mesa, and the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. The Site provides general information about these services. Actual services are provided only under a separate written work authorization, estimate, or service agreement signed by you and the Company (a “Service Agreement”). If there is a conflict between these Terms and a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls for the services it covers.
2. Informational Purposes; No Professional Advice
Content on the Site (including blog articles, guides, and service descriptions) is for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for an on-site inspection, professional assessment, engineering, legal, or insurance advice. Every property and loss is different; contact us for an evaluation of your specific situation.
3. Estimates, Quotes, and Pricing
- Any pricing, “free estimate,” or “free inspection” offers on the Site are subject to availability, service area, and the terms stated at the time of the offer.
- Estimates are based on visible conditions and information available at the time and may change if hidden damage or additional work is discovered. Changes will be communicated to you before additional work is performed where practicable.
- Emergency services may be billed at different rates than scheduled services; rates will be disclosed in your Service Agreement.
4. Insurance Claims
We may assist you in documenting a loss and communicating with your insurance company. We are not an insurer, public adjuster, or agent of your insurance company, and we do not guarantee that any claim will be approved or paid. You remain responsible for payment of services rendered regardless of the outcome of any insurance claim, except as otherwise stated in your Service Agreement.
5. Contact Forms, Calls, and Communications Consent
When you submit a form, call, or text us, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or text message at the contact information you provide regarding your inquiry and our services, including by automated means where permitted by law. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text message, clicking unsubscribe in an email, or contacting us at info@arsaz.net. Standard message and data rates may apply.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information or service requests;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access or copy Site content without our written permission;

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. Warranties for restoration services, if any, are stated exclusively in your Service Agreement.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Liability relating to restoration services is governed by your Service Agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
13. Licensing and Compliance
We perform restoration work in accordance with applicable Arizona laws and industry standards. Where a contractor license is required for specific work, such work is performed by appropriately licensed personnel or licensed subcontractors. Licensing information is available upon request.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Site.
